As Talent Officer you will be helping us to become an even better company. We expect you to help us in all steps of recruitment, search for the best opportunities and take care of the well-being of our consultants. You take care of our people.
You love recruiting, so this means that you create vacancies and pro-actively search for candidates (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects). You like to assist in the job interview and ensure a great candidate experience. You will also be the go-to person for our existing contracts and consultants. You follow up on the well-being of our team, gather their feedback, and search for the best project-opportunities. Last but not least, you’ll be supporting our teamcoaches in the onboarding of new team members. During their first day, you’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.
In close collaboration with the Marking Manager, you help take care of our employer branding: the branding of the company, a visibility plan for social media, maintaining an appealing website… You will also collaborate with our Business Development who’s all about client management. So, you need to be able to introduce our company to new customers and maintain a good relationship with our existing customers. Next to that you also take care of the HR-administration (timesheets, holiday planning and other HR topics).
Your skills and talents
- You have a strong passion for talent acquisition / sourcing and are able to think out-of-the box to hire the right talent.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in supporting roles (HR/recruiting, invoicing or administrative tasks).
- You work in a structured way.
- You have experience in working with team members at various levels, including management and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have a positive mindset and are an excellent communicator with coaching and educational skills.
- You have excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
