About this course
You will learn how to evolve as an Enterprise Architect in a scaled Agile environment.
This 2-day course aims to equip individuals with a comprehensive understanding of Agile Architecture, its principles, and its role in deploying Agile at scale. Throughout the course, participants will gain insights into the fundamentals of business agility and learn about the importance of Intentional Architecture and Continuous Product Development. They will explore the characteristics of an Agile organization and understand when and how to use the Open Agile Architecture™ building blocks.
Additionally, participants will learn the axioms for Agile Architecture and develop the mental model required for its implementation. By the end of the course, certified individuals will have the knowledge and skills to drive Agile transformation and create successful digital products in an Agile at scale environment.
