As a Security Architect, you will help our clients design and realize a robust, organization-wide security architecture. You play a crucial role in the digital transformation and ensure that information is optimally accessed within a reliable and secure IT environment.
Your role
- Develop and implement a future-proof security architecture that meets the needs of the organization.
- Analyze and optimize security processes, governance and compliance based on leading frameworks (NIS2, ISO27000, NIST, OWASP, CIS Critical Security Controls, COBIT).
- Advise on and implement security measures such as encryption solutions, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and application security.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, pen tests and risk assessments to identify security risks and establish mitigation strategies.
- Provide security expertise within a wide range of IT domains, including cloud solutions, API and application security, and integration systems.
- Establish best practices and reference architectures to ensure security by design within development projects.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders by clearly translating complex security concepts into understandable solutions.
Your skills and talents
- Demonstrated experience as a Security Architect or Security Consultant within domains such as infrastructure, data and applications.
- Expertise in information security management, vulnerability analysis, pen testing and security optimization.
- Experience with architectural choices within a complex IT environment, including API management, cloud security and integration issues.
- Knowledge of and experience with security and governance frameworks and their best practices (NIS2, ISO27000, COBIT, NIST, OWASP, CIS).
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, GIAC and CAPS are a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate security visions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - You are analytical, proactive and closely follow trends within the security and IT landscape.
