As a Talent Officer, you will play a key role in helping our company grow and thrive. You will be involved in every stage of the recruitment process and contribute to the overall well-being and engagement of our consultants. In short: you take care of our people.

Your responsibilities will be varied and impactful. You will manage recruitment from A to Z—drafting and publishing compelling job vacancies, actively sourcing candidates for key roles such as Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects, and conducting interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Beyond recruitment, you will support employee engagement by gathering regular feedback from our internal team and identifying the best project opportunities for them. You will also assist our team coaches in onboarding new hires, making sure their first day is smooth and welcoming.

Furthermore, You will also take charge of our employer branding strategy, acting as the go-to marketing manager. This includes developing and implementing a visibility plan across social media platforms and keeping our website engaging and up-to-date with relevant content.

Your skills and talents

  • You have a strong passion for talent acquisition / sourcing and are able to think out-of-the box to hire the right talent.
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in supporting roles (HR/recruiting, invoicing or administrative tasks).
  • You work in a structured way.
  • You have experience in working with team members at various levels, including management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ideally some experience working with WordPress.
  • A nice-to-have is an interest in IT – extra point specifically in IT architecture.
  • You have a positive mindset and are an excellent communicator with coaching and educational skills.
  • You have excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
